IGNOU Date-sheet/routine for Term-end examination, Dec 2019


IGNOU has released the date-sheet for tee June'19:

Ignou has finally released the datesheet/exam routine for the term-end examination of Dec 2019.You can easily download the datesheet in pdf form from the link given below. The examination is beginning from the 2nd of December and will end on 3rd of the month of January 2020.

Before you appear in the exams you need to submit the assignments for the subjects that you want to sit for examination. After submitting the assignment only you are allowed to sit for term-end exams.



Conditions for appearing in the term-end examination:

              Students are eligible for appearing in the term-end examination if his/her registration for this courses(subjects that he/she wants to sit exam for) is valid and not time barred. He/she must submit the required number of assignments in the courses by due date whenever applicable. If somehow he/she fails to meet the following requirements then either he/she may not get permission to appear in the examination or his/her results are not likely to be declared.

Criteria for registration of term-end examination form:

             Students are advised to visit the official website of Ignou i.e., www.ignou.ac.in
There you can find the registration option for TEE. While registering make sure you fill the correct information as incorrect information may result in cancellation of your registration.

             The exam fee  per course costs 150 rupees. The exam fee you can pay online by online banking or by credit card or other medium whichever you like. You can choose any exam center across India according to your comfort but make sure the exam center that you choose must have the facility of the course that you are taking like for example: if you are a science student and you want to choose the nearest college as your examination center but that college doesn't have science facilities then you are not allowed to choose that college as your examination center.

Note: Once you register for any exam center then you are not allowed to change it again in that same term-end examination. Although in the next examination you can change it.

Things to remember during exam:

         Students must know that the exams in Ignou are conducted in two shifts, that are morning shift and afternoon shift. Morning shifts starts from 10am whereas afternoon shift starts from 2pm. The duration of examination differs from course to course. Most papers duration is 2 hours whereas for some it is 3 hours and for some it is 1 and half hour or even 2 and half hour.
         Students must bring their Identity card to the exam hall as well as the hall ticket. And they are supposed to show their identity card and hall ticket whenever demanded by the Invigilator/Centre Superintendent.
